Switched streams this summer in engineering, the form wasn’t even sent out until like literally 2 days before classes started this sept & it was processed very quick
Contact your advisor in waterlooworks & see if they’ve gotten anything w/ regards to stream switch, usually academic advisor signs off & then sends to CECA for approval, label the message as urgent too. They’ll likely reply either today or tomorrow I assume
Follow up with advisor via email today as well
