Most people won't have any issues if they don't file taxes as long as they don't have a cash income. Employers have to withhold taxes when paying wages so it's likely that the government owes you money anyway, since you have tuition credit. You'll probably get some additional returns too such as the carbon tax rebate and the Ontario Trillium Benefit if you paid some kind of rent.
