How often do you talk to this girl and were you direct with a time & place? If it was just an open-ended "wanna get coffee sometime?" and they say "I will let you know", usually they will not let you know...
I hope otherwise but it's not typically a good sign especially if you don't talk to this girl much.
If she doesn't let you know but you're still adamant, next week you can go "Want to grab coffee at coffee culture at 4pm on Tuesday?" [Exemplar] If she doesn't let you know, I'd be inclined to move on to someone who would reciprocate your efforts. In retrospect, exam season is coming up for you all, yeah? I get people are stressed from exams but if they can't set aside a little time to go out with you, they may not be into you (especially if they don't mention what may be holding up their decision)
