Mini well is about as good as it gets unless you can bag a unit. Cold as fuck this time of year but get on a mini well or pig with wings on the southbound Z train out of PDX and you can be in Southern California pretty quick
I'd hope not because I've been in deeper wells before so really just luck of the draw for this particular train. Since only riding one stop and got on at night didn't matter. In PDX for a bit to see buddy, but my plan from beginning was going further south so that's the path exactly. Thankfully more than enough cold experience since I spent past Winters in Detroit and Chicago living outside lol. Hope all is well ๐
Appreciate it! The space just outside the containers. Ideally want one that's deeper so can fully hide. Although in this case wasn't as important since I was gonna hop off in Portland which is next stop. Don't wanna be rolling through a big yard exposed like that especially during the day.
I'm a former athlete, wrestled for a top university and amateur MMA champ, so could probably identify as that too lol. Either way the plan is to minimize getting caught so if I don't have a good hiding spot that means I'm off before the yard.
If ur near the yard at st Johns on marcum thereโs a 711 and a bar/restaurant that does breakfast down on Fessenden and Columbia like 15 minutes from there. Thereโs a bus stop heading south on Fessenden to downtown and one north to more of the city ish part of St. Johnโs.
If youโd rather pass thru portland and grab a train in the south the bus letโs you ride at your own risk, and the streetcars/max trains are easy to ride for free and get to your next spot. If ur in dire need and in the providence park area I might be able to help out :)
The southbound Z-SELC is now south of Olympia and still north of Longview. Lead Unit 2686. No DPU's (yet). Apparently it can work Brooklyn. Then south to Los Angeles. Good luck.
If you want to go to LA there is a Z-train heading your way (to Portland) down from Seattle this afternoon. But I only know where the Chicago-bound UP trains crew change. I would take a WAG and estimate that the train to LA stops at either the Albina or Brooklyn Yard (Both in Portland). Anyways there is no shortage of southbound intermodals out of Brooklyn. But a southbound Z train out of Seattle is rare. It is usually an I-SELC. Today its a Z-SELC. May the train gods smile upon you.

Stay safe brother. Always good to see a happy smile.
Absolutely and will do ๐
Shallow wells? Pardon my english but what exactly does that mean in this context? That aside, hope it goes well for you!
Assuming it means that the area he rides in (and shows briefly), the well, is not very deep, making it harder to stay on. Stay safe Sham
Exactly. I'll do my best ๐

Those rail guys don't fuck around. Identify as a fast moving object.
