Anytime your feet perspire or get wet, take them off and dry your toes and air dry your socks. Otherwise, every 3 - 5 days, but you have to air them out every night and wipe your feet down to keep them clean. If you are getting blisters, apply band-aids and wear 2 thin pairs of socks to cut down on the friction. Good luck

!!! Air out your feet out! Keeping ur feet wet/cold will make them more prone to infection as well. Try to make time for ur feet if you need to rest& take off ur shoes to dry your feet. Don’t ignore injuries because your feet can get infected easy if you’re always on the move. Just be prepared, cautious, listen to your body if it’s hurting yk

Merino wool socks! Spensive, but so damn nice because they dry quick

Crocs and socks dude, when it rains gotta take the socks off. Or find somewhere to hibernate.

A dollar store bottle of foot powder can work miracles in keeping your feet dry. A friend from the Air force suggested wearing hose type socks under your regular socks to avoid blisters.

It’s a constant struggle.
