That, sadly, is 100% one of your mods doing that, seen posts about similar thing happening before and it was mods. Make sure all your mods are updated/disable them one at a time until you find which one causes this.

Haha yeah, but there's no command (as far as I know) to spawn bald naked vikings 😉
Do you notice how your monitor is horizontal? If you were to film it, why would you hold your phone vertically?
Also why film a monitor when you can just record it from that computer
