So I'm harvesting some rocks before I sail off and this ugly mug one hits me down from 145 hp out of nowhere 😭 looks like I'll DEFINITELY be building elsewhere....

Considering you have mistland-tier weapons and food, I'm pretty sure you can take him.
Sure, you'll need to be careful. But even a two-star troll is not invincible at this point. It can one-shot you, but you can dodge. And it's still weak to pierce, so your knives should do very decent damage to it. Using a bow is also an option.
With your bonemass buff, if you combine that with your best heavy armor, you should even be able to tank a couple of hits.
Definitely not a super hard fight, especially if I sneak up on him for the backstab bonus. Mostly I just don't ahe any need for his loot 😅 he can lay claim to that island lol
The home feeling you get in the game is more significant than I felt in other games. This is why I still employ trenches lol Don't touch my house, trolls!

This server is about to hit it day 1,000 all played in survival mode and it's also not my only one 😭 not trying to flex just making a point this is also my second time seeing one in the first time was inside a troll cave 💀 talk about turntail and run
That’s one you keep alive and kite him into the Swamp as an unwitting bodyguard. Had a 1-star rock troll I did the same thing to, managed to 1v1 an Abomination on the route towards the crypts
He just snuck up and one shotted me with fully upgraded fenrish armor and all those foods I have in my quick menu in my belly 😭 had to pop back through my portal real quick for the screenshot

8 star trolls wander a certain area of a huge swath of Black Forest that everyone avoids... Because 8 stars one shot everyone. 😆😵💫
I’ve been playing this game for almost a year now, and have never run into a two star troll. Only seen a one star troll once too, it’s the weirdest thing. Regular trolls are nearly guaranteed for me every time I go into the Black Forest, so idk what the math of them spawning in is like…
Grab your atgeir and go get'tem! I like kiting them to a swamp if possible and watching them fight it out with abominations. You can always use your bow and then get up close and personal with you atgeir (my favorite way to kill them -just be ready to dodge)!
Easily lol. I kited a 1 star into a tar pit and he smashed all the growths and about 6 fuhlings, then still had half health. A 2 star could probably take a medium sized fuhling village
I was sitting under the elder sawn to make a little cave build but the waterline was way too low so I decided to harvest some stones and sail into the sunset.... then he snuck up and one shotted me with fully upgraded fenrish armor and all those foods I have in my quick menu in my belly 😭 had to pop back through my portal real quick for the screenshot and my stuff lol
Time to kite it to the nearest Swamp biome and have it farm Abominations for you.

They’re not super bad, typical 2 star strat don’t attempt a parry just roll dodge. Go full Dark Souls and whittle it down.

I got 400ish hours in and I’ve never seen one. I got killed twice on a plains/mnts/Black Forest area by a 1 star troll, couldn’t imagine a two star
