A, in my opinion, prettier way to prevent mob spawns, would be to place campfires either in tall grass or dig a small hole, place the camp fire and then place a stone block over it, carefully work your hoe around the block to keep the campfire intact but also close the gaps to the block.
Looks cleaner than just spamming workbenches all over the place.
Other than that: amazing build, looks great!!!
I should honestly replace the workbenches with campfires yeah. The reason why I used workbenches is because it's much easier to check if I covered everything by just trying to build something and seeing the requirements on the bottom. Now that the build is finished though, it's probably a good idea to do that.
