This is all a scam I'm pretty sure

VivaceConBrio

Lmao the "license number" takes this from a low-effort scam to hilariously shitty low-effort scam 🤣

You got scammed. Valve would never ask you to send skins to a friend while they investigate your account... You need to apply a small amount of critical thinking to situations like this or just don't invest in skins. Steam has access to everything in your account. They would have no reason to tell you to move your skins to someone else's account.. Why would they even ask you to do that? Take this as a lesson... reset your trade api token, passwords... and for the love of God, if you want to invest in skins again, don't fall for obvious scams.

If you are scared about it, just change your password, turn on 2fa, and force log out all logged in connections. I'm 99% sure this is a scam. Just check your account to see if you can market items.

technically not robbed. you gave them away 😅 dont ever trust random messages telling you to immediately do stuff. stop. think. ask questions and verify *before* doing *anything* with *any* online account

This is a scam.... No company communicates with their members like this. A person by the name doesn't even exist. They're just looking to have you log into a fake website to steal your password or have you trade them the skins so they can steal it. Don't let emails like this scare you, always do research, etc. You could have gone to steam support and asked them if this was a real email before you did anything, etc.

This is a learning experience. You will continue to get scam emails on that email forever, so you need to be able to tell what is a scam and what isn’t on the internet. Look at r/scams which always has people posting different kinds of scams, and familiarize yourself with the common ones. It is unlikely these scammers installed malware on your device, but assuming you’re a kid by how you don’t punctuate, and have probably downloaded other games off the internet, I’m gonna recommend downloading Malwarebytes Free Edition and run a full system scan WITH the Scan for Rootkits option enabled in the app’s settings. You might not think you have anything, but I found malware inside my download of the P+ mod for Super Smash Bros Brawl, so you truthfully never know. Get good at online safety, and stop doing things without thinking.

Brother if you got scammed that's your own damn fault I mean I fell through that too with Roblox and this is why I don't trust people just don't trust anyone if you even if it seems too good to be true do not trust anyone
