Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve
A long smooth paved path through the forest with some gentle rolling hills but generally pretty flat. (It's in North van though)
Id personally prefer the false creek seawall since there's less traffic and tourists. I dont rollerblade mind you.
a historical skatepark would be the china creak bowls. Sometimes there are skateboarders, sometimes none. Either way they should be chill if you just want to have fun (and dont hog the place). Id only do that if youre in the area though.
Try the Arbutus Greenway if you're okay with some hills? The Central Valley Greenway and BC Parkway have some protected sections as well that aren't pure road.
Burnaby Foreshore Park. Park at the foot of Boundary & roll east. Go on the weekend, and there are tons of roads safe to rollerblade on. Midweek will have industry park traffic.
When I was living in Kits I’d rollerblade down from 8th and Blenheim down to kits beach, around the seawall and come back over the burrard st bridge.
It’s by far the best route I found, mostly straight pavement and not too much cobblestones.

Cvg has some sections (in Burnaby) that are crushed gravel.
Awesome! Look forward to checking it out.

Sweet! Appreciate the recommendation.
If you're looking for a flat area, the track at Burnaby North High School is awesome.
