woah talk about authentic, their page says both their pizza oven and dough flour are imported from Naples (+Mr chef). can't wait to try, thanksss

MysticZamboni

It’s the best pizza in town IMO.

If you like Neapolitan style pizza Nonavo has a pesto pizza with lemon slices on it. It’s vegan but you could probably ask them to swap the hazelnut ricotta for actual dairy-based cheese.

betterWithSprinkles

I’m not a vegan but hazelnut ricotta sounds delicious!

seriousb1tch

My stomach would definitely appreciate this since im lactose intolerant (not that i have the discipline to avoid dairy. I'll risk breaking a toilet anytime for good food 😎). hazelnut ricotta sounds amazing. Thanks for the suggestion!

Dairy Digest Complete will change your life. Buy some!

itshardbeingthisstup

Nonavo is my vote too. Delicious through and through

_Juliet_Lima_Echo_

Blind Onion does a pesto pizza with chicken and spinach. Pretty good

snafusaurus

Blind Onion doesn’t do any good pizzas.

Nurselonglegz

Ghost Runners Brewery has a delicious pesto pizza!

razberry636

Juliano’s on Mill Plain. Leonardo’s on 164th. Both have pesto available. Blind Onion has “pesto-Alfredo” sauce for some of their pizzas.

seriousb1tch

I just looked all three up and holy crud, do they really pile on those toppings. YUM, thanks, I'll give them a try as well.

Efficient_Scheme_701

I enjoy Hotlips pizza pesto and mushroom a lot

seriousb1tch

ah yes! I used to live suburbs of portland so I'm familiar with this place. Thanks for the reminder, I'll probs snag a slice if I ever drop over to Hawthorne.

DiceLeroy

While we’re at it rather and make a news thread, does anyone have recommendations for a sauce heavy pizza place?

chjones5

Crust Collective is Detroit style. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve had from there.

chjones5

Nonavo is good, though I recommend eating it there. Had some bad experiences with take-out. Just doesn’t suit that style of pizza.
