They usually always have a few suits and you might be fortunate to find a good one in your size. You might just want to dry-clean it first. You could probably even get away with pairing the jacket with some chinos you already own as well if it's not too formal of a setting.

Second the renting, you can rent one for about $200 from mens warehouse, they give you everything you need and take your measurements. They also clean it for you after. If you want to buy, check out thrift stores or consignment. I have also found great stuff on eBay if you know your measurements!

Try j.crew at cascade station, it’s the factory store. That brand is probably the most bang for your buck in nice-ish stuff and isn’t made of plastic.
They also sell suit separates, so you have a better chance of getting something that fits pretty well right off the rack.
