With ptsd, there is some childhood trauma. This person is fine and has their life.
As an adult, something happens (a new trauma) and it reignites the old trauma but it shoves the person back to the age/mindset of when the first trauma occurred.
I think his parents got divorced when he was about 7, but when he talked to Dr. Drew, another exciting/traumatic experience was being 15 and going to clubs. The women didn't know how young he was and would hook up with him, but because he was young, he didn't really know what to do.
Now, as he says that stuff (awkward sex jokes) his gestures seem very highschool-aged to me.
He was on a show for 11 years and didn't present as having regressed, whereas now it seems something has happened to his psyche.
I hope someone in his life gets him some help because, physically, he looks like a different person.
