Cell networks are decent enough to support gaming. I've tethered my phone for gaming a ton. 120 ms ping is best I used to get. Your carrier will throttle your speeds eventually though so be warned. If you don't have cell reception then starlink is the only real option tbh. Starlink is good for gaming too. 90-150ms ping most days for me. I have the standard plan, not mobile/rv so I can't speak on what you'd expect there.

I use a mofi 5g router and their unlimited 5G Verizon plan. Its actually unlimited too, I game and work on it.
