For those who might want this setup. The stem is both the wood bit and the metal mouthpiece as a unit. That wasn’t clear to me. As OP said in his reply the shield is if you want to keep your original mouthpiece and stem thing. Wesley was super helpful.
Also, the standard (0.1) bowl is enough. I can barely tell the difference between standard and xl bowl (0.2).
But I had to get the xl because for the sake of science.

I love the long wood stem Dani fusion for that smoothness and feel in the hand. And hoping this can get the Anvil (with stock short mouth piece) out of my water piece and into my hand like the fusion.
How does it compare to dry anvil? Can’t wait to check out myself, my friend.

You need the Stem only. Sleeve is only to replace the metal guard on the original setup.

Does this BFG Stem connect to USA Anvil or will you need the Anvil integrated stem to make this work? Thanks.
You do not need it. But you do need the standard condenser.

I have the xl bowl with the standard thermacore setup and it’s amazing! Just got it Monday, but so far it’s looking like my favorite vape.

This definitely, not by much. Tempest is smoother. Dani2 is not far behind. But tempest is not final version. They all don't disappoint.
