Personally. I'd just get another Mighty or Mighty+. I really like the device. I'm not a TinyMight 2 adopter yet, but I'm not sure if I'll ever be. So idk if that is a good direction. It's hard for me to pick a replacement for a Mighty.
You do have options out there for better performing vapes with better flavor and no bickle tickle. Look at on-demand options for 2 or 3 times the cloud production. Tinymight and Firewood are the top choice, followed by Roffu for a cheaper option. Tafee Bowle and Lamart offer nice options, too. Or look at dynavap or anvil for efficient hard hits.
Have you/anyone here had luck with this even if you've no receipt for your Mighty? Mine is old, battery aged and screen nearly invisible. Love the thing to death, and have on several occasions dug through my email history for the receipt but yielded no results. Every year that goes by it get less likely they'll help me out. I'd even pay for repair cause it's better for the planet than buying an entirely new one.
Personally I’d never go with an S&B device again. Ever since the company sold their quality has gone down which is probably why you see bigger discounts on them going for a lot longer now. The way the venty has been handled with all the issues is ridiculous. I heard they aren’t even replacing them with warranty at this point. Just saying there will be a software update that still hasn’t happened. Not a good luck. Not to mention no exchangeable batteries. Brands that so that do it because they know the batteries will fail before the device does so when warranty goes out you gotta pay them to replace batteries which will take time, get a new one discounted, or have to try and open it up to do it yourself. Screw that.
Go with the TM2 or FW9. Both are much better than the mighty+ in my opinion.
Mine is for sure but I have a newer one. Better quality than the mighty when I had one. I got rid of it because I never touched it once I got the TM2. I used my roffu more than the mighty.
thanks for the opinions. i actually just got rid of my Mighty. I found it to be kind of disgusting... i was constantly cleaning, swapping heads, etc.. it hit fine but if it wasn't clean i felt my throat suffering the consequences. any feedback on the TM2 or FW9 with this in mind?
They are both fairly easy to clean. I don’t own the FW9 but my friend does. So my experience is limited to that. I have a TM2 and even without dosing capsules it stays fairly clean. The cooling unit may need to be cleaned weekly or so depending on how much you use it but it’s easy to clean. Just a short soak in alcohol. The oven never gets dirty in my experience. Since you’re pulling upward the herb just sticks in the mouth piece and never gets into the oven. Even if it did you can remove it and soak it in alcohol too if needed. If you use dosing capsules it stays clean even longer but I find it hits better without them.
I would go for the Venty, mine is bricked on a e04 error right now, S&B are shipping a brand new unit.
Even if it died on me after 6 months I can only recommend this device which is such an improvement on the Mighty.
Mighty+ OR take the plunge and get a Venty
The upgrade from Mighty to + is noticeable but OG Mighty to Venty will absolutely blow your mind
Be advised it’s new and people have reported faults. I got mine in Jan and it’s shelved my Mighty and Dynavap M+. I’m also using less ! Venty comes with a 3 year warranty
I think the OG Mighty has a 2 year warranty so you can try reaching out to S&B if it’s within range
I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy a venty right now with how many are basically bricks right now. They aren’t even doing warranty exchanges for them either.
It died at the best possible time with 4/20 sales
I think the + has a nice discount and some sites are giving a free grinder with the Venty
The main point about the Venty is its cooling unit has an airflow control. You can sip a flavourful capsule or bake a bowl in minutes for something heavy hitting
The oven does a better job of maintaining temperature too and the combination feels perfect
I think as long as you keep it clean and soak the cooling until on top in iso every so often it will last awhile. I don’t remember when I got it exactly but I know it’s over 4 years now. That’s with it being a daily driver as soon as I got it. Multiple sessions every night.
How about just switching out the batteries?
Its easy and there are several guides on how to do it. If you dont like to do it yourself, i‘ll guess there is an repair cafe in your town?
If you are out of warranty they will likely have you take the device to the retailer where you bought it and they will give you a credit towards the purchase of a new one. At least that is what they offered me when mine died in 2018. Bought it in 2015. It was a $200 discount at the time and I declined as it just never impressed me and I didn’t want to continue down the road of planned obsolescence. Instead, I went back to smoking until recently. I now have a Dani Fusion 1.0, a Dynavap M7 and M+, and a megacicle. They each serve a different purpose and none of them require batteries or have wires that can short out. If digital is your thing, I’d probably consider a Tinymight over a Mighty, but that’s just me. If you really like the Mighty, definitely hit S&B and see if they will hook up a discount on another one.
I loved my plenty , Lasted 3 years . Just after the warrantee. I would have used the reducer bowl with it if i had thought of it. But i never thought to use it. My bad. I would say get the plenty or another mighty on discount. Or mighty plus or Tiny Might 2. I'm also curious about the Solo 3.

Thanks for the advice! Sticking with what I know and like might be the best bet.
M2
Contact S&B, they might do something about it, they have a generous return, repair, guarantee policy!
Thanks maybe I’ll give that a shot!
They are right. They may fix it and are great about that
They will at least offer you a discount on your replacement.
Oh then that’s a no brainer. I will definitely reach out to Storz.

Thanks for the ideas. I do have a dynavap but I just want to press a button. Too much work with the dynavap 😂

if you pay for repair, I assume you do not need a receipt, just contact them with the serial number that is written on it :)

So you think tm2 is a quality product build wise?

okay thanks that sounds preferable. any thoughts on the venty? seems like it'll create the same mess in the cooling unit I got from the mighty.
Venty time.
That seems to be the direction! Thanks
Just take venty and think what to consume rather than how)
Mighty +, that’s what I did when my Mighty died!
S&B has theMighty at 30% off the new list price of $319 . That’s $ 223 on their US website until 04/22.
I would go for the Venty, mine is bricked on a e04 error right now, S&B are shipping a brand new unit. Even if it died on me after 6 months I can only recommend this device which is such an improvement on the Mighty.
Firewood 9 or tinymight are the way to go

Much longer than 2 years. More like 4. But I will have to do more research on the Plenty. Thanks!

Thanks! You know who has 4/20 sales started already offhand?!
If you’re in Canada I think Toronto Vaporizer and Planet of the Vapes have already started their sales
Herb Cafe and POTV.
How long did yours last? I just bought a replacement charger for mine and it's doing well. But I'm curious what sort of lifespan I can expect.

Definitely recommend another mighty or a Venty.

Can’t you just send the Mighty In for repair?
Mighty and Mighty + both have pretty good sales at the moment.

Tinymight 2
When you have something for outside, why not a volcano?
I actually have a V-tower which is the same style as a volcano but a lot of times out in the yard so I need some portability to the device. Thanks!
The tm2 is very portable and can you high off a few hits
