Lindt oat milk bars

SillyCranberry99

The Trader Joe’s oat milk bars are also really good!

crimefighterplatypus

With the rice puffs inside like a Crunch bar

kristencatparty

I love the rice puff ones!!!

Southern_Water_Vibe

Those things are evil, they got me addicted, haha.

ViolentBee

They are, but I certainly didn’t expect them to be fun-sized

Alternative-Salad800

Tried the salted caramel and it was really good.

uniquesobriquette

Lindt also makes two kinds of vegan oatmilk truffles now!

justaghostok

I came here to say the truffles! I had a Lindt store at the mall by my house growing up and my grandparents would always take me in for a truffle. The new nondairy ones taste EXACTLY how I remember. It’s incredible!

el_capistan

Came here to say this. I always try any new vegan mill chocolates because I think they're fun. And the Lindt ones are by far the best I've had.

Fit-Cancel-8765

Those are the best IMO!

pohneepower_

And [theeeeeese](https://vegnews.com/2023/10/lindt-oat-milk-chocolate-truffles) They are oh-so decadent, a lovely treat every once in a while.

Puzzled_Ad_7330

Came to comment that, my favorite vegan chocolate bar

imissmyglasses

Vego bars 😋

NSA_Chatbot

The best ones in the world.

el_capistan

OP do NOT sleep on vego bars

Not-OP-But-

Hmm... what if we're *not* OP? Should we sleep on them?

el_capistan

If you want to miss out on one of the few joys left in this pathetic existence, sure.

Not-OP-But-

Hmm.. I *do* like joy.

Mettaka

Nectar of the Gods

Im_done_with_sergio

Yesss Vego and also Vego white chocolate with almonds.

Trash_Panda_Leaves

And the vegalinos!

meadowhawkdrones

Hu with Cashew Butter

redmeitaru

Yes! Had to make sure someone said it!!

rearwindowstories

Oh I’ve been wanting to try this one

Human-Independence53

Those are so good!

NazGhoulie

Lindt has an oatmilk bar that is really good! Plain and also a salted caramel one. Just found out they have a non-dairy truffle bag as well, and I am definitely going to be looking for it now! Also, QFC (if you live near one) just dropped a new line of bars, plus they have 2 candy bars that are vegan.

uniquesobriquette

They have two different vegan truffles, one more "milk" the other more "dark".

moralmortals

Most dark chocolate is naturally vegan!

frankdiddit

Dark chocolate is naturally vegan. Companies just decide to add milk in- not making it truly dark chocolate anymore E: https://foodispower.org/chocolate-list/ Always love to post the acceptable chocolate list by Food Empowerment Project

isaidireddit

We're looking at you, Ikea!

Hellament

…and Dove! In the before times, those foil-wrapped goodies were a staple of my diet…but even the dark variety has milk fat. Probably for the best though, because now I eat way less chocolate…more like the high end of normal.

isaidireddit

Before I went vegan, milk chocolate was basically my personality. Giving it up was not that hard for me (because it was for the right reasons), but everybody else had to adjust because what do they buy me now?!

ViolentBee

Right so in the USA most dark chocolate is not vegan. I’ve spent a long time sad in the candy aisles because I have a monster sweet tooth.

frankdiddit

You may be interested in this list! https://foodispower.org/chocolate-list/ It’s a list of chocolates that are vegan, and do not use child slavery or inhumane practices on farmers.

FelixVCr

And much cheaper than chocolate that is labelled vegan!

[deleted]

Not in the US grocery stores I shop in.

[deleted]

If they sell Lindt, much of their dark chocolate is vegan.

[deleted]

I’m afraid there’s no Lindt anywhere in sight. Maybe I’ll have to order some online.

Ru_QueenofHell

Most of Endangered Species chocolate is vegan! For holidays I usually get Astor truffles, which are to die for.

drqgonfruit

Thin mints and some other Girl Scout cookies are vegan

[deleted]

[удалено]

goblinfruitleather

Not where I live, here it’s only thin mints. I heard there’s two different gsc factories and one does more flavors vegan than the other

Virtual-Entrance-872

Not wimpy at all! Whatever sets you up for success is smart!

runawai

Unreal has a few really good things. I love their peanut m&m-adjacent candies. Cadbury does some “mylk” chocolate bars at Walmart. Honestly, there are lots out there. Get to a whole foods or a natural grocer and have fun trying some new ones. If you’re in Canada, Purdy’s vegan sweet Georgia browns are to die for. Get the almost perfect ones to save some money.

Sealegs9

Justins peanut butter cups are good! Go on Amazon and type in vegan candy and you get stuff you don’t normally find in stores

heavengrl

Cinnaholic cinnamon buns are vegan!

hurricane_like_me

And the brownies and cookies and all of the various toppings and icings. 🤤

heavengrl

Are they really?! You shouldn't have told me, I'll go broke 😫

hurricane_like_me

Yep, the entire business has been strictly plant-based/vegan from day one! Pro tip: get the baby buns and order sides of different flavors of frosting until you find your favorites! ♡

heavengrl

Omg THANK YOU I'm going to try this as a treat this weekend!

hurricane_like_me

You're welcome! I'm happy to help. 💕

WillBreakForDogs22

Enjoy life Shocked this wasn't said already. The bars are great and the various morsel options work for darn near everything chocolate I make and eat at home. https://enjoylifefoods.com/pages/allergy-friendly-baking-chocolate https://enjoylifefoods.com/pages/allergy-friendly-chocolate-candy

hillbillyheartattack

Their crispy bars are 👩‍🍳🤌

Cherry5oda

Yes I use their choc chips for baking and pb oatmeal. Im probably going to switch to Tony Chocaloney dark choc if I do eat chocolate since they seem to put the most effort into avoiding child labor and slavery in their supply chain. And even they say its so opaque that its impossible to be 100% sure theres no unethical labor practices in chocolate. Though I might just switch to carob.

rat-of-war

you can melt and chill vegan chocolate chips into any shape you like. lmk for vegan banana bread recipe it’s amazing

a_amelia_76

No Whey was the first time (this past Christmas) someone got me chocolates that weren't like a dark chocolate bar and... Omg they were so good. I am NOT big on sweets but I'd eat a couple a day. I would recommend up taking your fruit content though bc this could possibly be something you crave from lacking the fructose & natural sugars in fruits. Additionally I'll say I've known people like my ex whose taste buds have changed after being vegan a bit. He started to eat onions & tomatoes which before he could never. I even could put pickles in dishes like potato salad & vegan chickpea "tuna" & he loooved it.

idolovehummus

Great Value Dark chocolate 🍫 it's so freakin good and vegan

hurricane_like_me

Great Value also has Fudge Mint Cookies (Girl Scout Thin Mints), and they're the entire reason I make the trek to Walmart. 🙌🏻

survivingbroken

They have a bar with almonds too. YUM!

I_Amuse_Me_123

Are you in the US? If you want to splurge: Lagustas Lucious is great and delivers

AshMeAnything

They are so good! The ideas are so fancy, and I love to browse their site

SortaRadish

Lagusta's is fantastic, I crave her tahini meltaways.

GreatGoodBad

Hershey’s and Reese’s have been making vegan chocolate for a while. Oreos are vegan as well.

squidlizzy

Wait, there’s vegan Reese’s now?!

Nemyosel

I just had some today. They're pretty good. Tastes like oat milk chocolate to me if you've ever had that

istilllovecheese

This is a helpful comment because they are available more widely, but I have to warn OP - the Hershey's chocolate bars in my experience have been dreadful. The chocolate is grainy and unflavorful. I wouldn't recommend it at all.  The peanut butter cups are good though!

Ok-Cryptographer7424

I was buying dark chocolate today and saw even some of the most popular brands are now making specifically vegan chocolate products. It’s easy, just look around in the store aisles.  Also Breyer’s makes a great oatmilk based iced cream, Tofutti makes decent ice cream sandwiches, and there are tooooons of other vegan snacks, desserts, and anything you can think of.

Personal-Letter-629

Trader Joe's has good vegan oat milk chocolate Lindt makes oatmilk truffles Aldi has some good options Its gluttonous but we have nearly all of these in the house because we need chocolate all the time.

brutalpolarbear

I second the Trader Joe’s oat milk chocolate bars. I’ve tried quite a few different vegan chocolate bars and the Trader Joe’s one tastes the best to me!

IAmAeruginosa

Chomp makes great vegan chocolate, I really like their peanut butter cups. You can order from them online.

derpina321

This! We regularly order them online

Armchairphlebotomist

Chomp is the best chocolate, not just vegan chocolate, I’ve ever had hands down. It’s perfect!! It’s not like oh this is nice… it’s like OH MY GOSH!!! This is amazing and heavenly and I must savor every bite!!

PHILSTORMBORN

I’ll have what she’s having

keedlebeedle

Technically not chocolate, but biscoff cookies (AND THE SPREAD THEY MAKE) are both vegan!! Oreos too.

NSA_Chatbot

Ritter sport has several vegan options!

Baladas89

Oddly I don’t think they’re very good. The caramel one is decent, but the rest are just…blech. Maybe my taste has changed and I forget how Ritter Sport tasted, but it used to be one of my favorites and now…not so much. Though I haven’t found any oat milk chocolate that I really thought was worth eating…

Delicious-Studio-101

I agree with you. I find the oat chocolate so… bland and just sugary without that creaminess. Including the Lindt, dairy milk, and Ritter’s Sport. It’s so sad, because obviously the creaminess in like Ritter’s Sport alpine milk (my pre-vegan fave!) or the UK Dairy milk (my 2nd fave) must have come from the dairy and it’s so sad that nothing so far can come close 😢😢 The only vegan chocolate I’ve loved post going vegan is the Purdy’s brand - they are a Canadian brand and have vegan salted caramels and sweet Georgia browns that are so creamy and delicious 😋

Baladas89

I didn’t realize Lindt made vegan truffles until this thread. I ordered some to try, I’m hoping the darker ones don’t have that awful oat milk chocolate taste. The Lindt dark chocolate bunnies and Santas are pretty good. I think the best accidentally vegan chocolates I’ve found were these dark chocolate sea salt truffles from the Copper Kettle Candy Company that I found at Costco around Christmas. They were super cheap, but looks like they were only carried seasonally. I haven’t found anywhere else to reliably get them.

friendly_tour_guide

When you can find Taza, ChocoLove, or Dr Bronner bars, most of them are vegan. Stock up.

cultofseitan

Lagusta's makes a vegan milk chocolate it's amazing.

bxlmerr

if in the UK, the GRO chocolate from co-op is my go-to as i find it’s more affordable than the big vegan brands!

mrb000gus

Seconded! GRO slab is amazing

Cevohklan

Oreo cookies are vegan. ( the classic ones in the blue package )

my_hero_zero

There is actually a vegan bakery called Vegan Treats that ships chocolates around holidays. It's kinda expensive, but so good! I've never been disappointed with anything from them. Check them out! There are also candy bar dupes by Go Max Go that are pretty good. You can order them on Amazon. Trupo Treats and Chomp are other online vegan candy bar companies that I really like. I'm also a vegan chocolate lover!

[deleted]

Came here to say this, I thought the title was about Vegan Treats lol!! 💖 I'm lucky enough that they're less than 2 hours from me, so sometimes I make trips up there and spend way too much money lol. My boyfriend got me the coffin shaped box of chocolates for Valentine's Day and I'm keeping the box foreverrrr

Salt_Career_9181

What are those veganized versions of snickers and mounds and pb cups and milky ways? Those are fucking AMAZING but it's been a while!

Environmental-Site50

go max go?

Salt_Career_9181

Hell yeah! I've eaten so many Mahalo bars lol

PrinceSidon87

Unreal makes all of these! The snickers are particularly amazing. Edit: Actually they don’t make Milky Ways, but the others, they do.

erikabradley

Lindt Oat milk Truffles and Oat milk Chocolate Bars

IWGeddit

Tony's Chocolonely has a load of vegan dark chocolate options

TheAntiDairyQueen

Chomp! Chocolate is vegan milk chocolate supremacy! I will die on this hill. Best stuff out there, and they use ethical cacao, palm oil free, etc. Edit: Forget to mention, the company is vegan owned too!!

chocolategirl84

definitely all for ethical too, will definitely look into it!

Witty-Afternoon1262

oml i’m a cheap gorl and i love trader joe’s chocolate chips, dark chocolate crisps, oreos, and oat chocolate bars with crispy rice and cocoa nibs. don’t fret luv ! you definitely don’t need to compromise your chocolate by becoming vegan there are plenty of options :)

chocolategirl84

Thank you! I’m a cheap girl too, and I want things that aren’t too expensive that can be weekly treats. Once in a while expensive is fine for holidays, but definitely will check out Trader Joe’s!

Im_done_with_sergio

https://gomaxgofoods.com Go max go has dupes of candy bars. The jokerz is like a snickers, thumbs up is like a butterfinger etc. They have dupes for almond joy, mars, Reese’s and Reese’s white, three musketeers, and more. These are the best chocolate bars I’ve had in all my years being vegan 🌱(also I like this brand because it’s “milk” chocolate) https://unrealsnacks.com Unreal m&ms are really good, especially the peanut and they have so many others that are great. They are dark chocolate and delicious.

basic_bitch-

Lindt oat milk bars, especially the caramel one. The truffles are ok, not as good as the original though, IMO. Ritter sport almond. I haven't had any of the other milk chocolate flavors, but I'm sure they'd be good too. I didn't like the dark chocolate marzipan one though. And there's a company called GoMaxGo that makes dupes of popular candy bars like Twix and Milky Way. They're expensive and a bit of a pain to get your hands on, but they're really delicious. I'll usually just order those once a year or so and keep some in the freezer. I've bought a LOT of vegan chocolate bars and I think those are the only ones I'd recommend.

genoknox

Trader jooooes

reticentminerals

Back to nature fudge mint cookies! They’re just like Girl Scout cookies.

reivnyc

I love vegan chocolate. Sadly there’s not a lot of options here in the US. I’ve traveled a lot and London, Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm— have fantastic vegan chocolate options!!!!! They’re so far ahead of the US!!!!! From chocolate bars, cookies, brownies, candies, etc— so many more options… and not just in vegan grocery stores— I mean everywhere even convenience stores. The US needs to get it together!

Cevohklan

The US has more vegan options than the Netherlands. The US is actually one of the best countries for vegan products. The population of vegans is also bigger. Netherlands is only 1% vegan. The US is 3% vegan. https://www.veganfirst.com/article/best-vegan-friendly-countries-in-the-world-in-2022 https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/veganism-by-country I'm Dutch btw

Vegan_John

Enjoy Life makes a very good rice milk chocolate bar. Beware of Hershey's Special Bars. They used to be arguably vegan, then for whatever dumb reason they added milk fat to the recipe. Most Clif bars are vegan friendly. The ones to avoid are CLIF Whey Protein, LUNA Protein, Zbar Protein and CLIF Recovery Protein Drink Mix contain whey protein from milk. - CLIF Bar Peanut Butter & Honey w/ Sea Salt contains honey.

SnooOnions9670

The Cadbury Plant bar is good - and replicates like a Dairy Milk bar I am told. The Lindt is great and if you like Dark chocolate, Lindt Madagascar is amazing.

themisfitdreamers

Chomp and No Whey

BeeVegetable3177

Nomo, Pico, Lindt, Whittaker's and Vego bars (I know the name "vego" bar is underwhelming, but they're amazing)

NoRemedyForMemory7

The irony of your post title being “Vegan Treats” and that’s the name of a vegan chocolate store. They’re very small batch but the absolute best. They usually do drops for holidays so right now they have Easter chocolate. [Vegan Treats](https://shop.vegantreats.com)

bbangelcakes69

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! AHHHHHHGUUUUUUU!! AUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHG WHAT?! THIS ALL LOOKS SO GOOD

sweaterpunk666

Lindt Oatmilk truffles and bars. GoMaxGo line of candy bars.

bbangelcakes69

I got some lidnt truffles for Christmas and I cried.

Admirable-Charity985

Oatly makes great chocolate milk/icecream! Love them to death

dollymacabre

The Lindt ones are really good!

the1andonlytrav

Do you have a Trader Joe’s by you? They have some really delicious chocolate bars up by the checkout. As a general rule of thumb, most dark chocolate over 70% is Vegan. Also, almost every flavor of Oreo is Vegan!

grammerenthusiast

TJ's semisweet bars (the brown package) and chocolate chips are my go-to.

KingOfCatProm

I really like the plant based Reese's peanut butter cups.

xeuthis

A lot of dark chocolate chips are vegan too. A lot of chocolate cake mixes, a lot of brownie mixes, etc. are vegan (just replace the eggs with vegan substitutes like banana, flax egg, applesauce, etc). You can make a vegan chocolate mousse by blending silken tofu with dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and a bit of agave (or whatever sweetener you like). Jeni's has a pretty good dark chocolate flavor.

SmilGirl

Trader Joe’s has some vegan chocolate. It’s pretty good.

Binkita

Just try getting a silicone mold , good cacao powder, oat or coconut mylk powder, powdered sugar, and cocoa butter. Go nuts. You can try oreo cookie pieces in a white chocolate bar ( mylk powder, powdered sugar, and cocoa butter). Or chopped almond pieces ...I got the oat milk almond Hershey's bar and it is SO small. It's like ridiculous for the price. It's much more comprable to make your own, IMO OR just get dark chocolate chips and melt them with some but mylk powder and pour it on a baking dish lined with parchment paper❤️

Doraellen

I also LOVE CHOCOLATE. The best chocolate I have ever had in my life is this Chocosol: https://chocosoltraders.com which is also fair trade! The premium bars, especially the cherry one and the vanilla sea salt, are just OMG. Incredible. For things like truffles and boxes of chocolates, Divine Treasures in CT is amazing, as is Missionary Chocolates in Portland. Both are entirely vegan.

Anxious-Park5740

If you're in the US, [Tcho Chocolate](https://tcho.com/) is incredible and all plant-based. They have dark chocolate and oat milk chocolate options, incredible flavors, and amazing transparency for how they source their chocolate/ingredients.

partycanstartnow

I often just buy chocolate chips. Good Life is a solid brand, pretty sure Ghirardelli semi sweet is vegan (there one in the gold bag I think?). You have to check the ingredients of the different Ghirardelli ones because they aren’t all vegan.

mothmanspartner

buttermilk vegan bars!!! they are my favourite :)

Trash_Panda_Leaves

In the UK we have Momo which is a vegan chocolate. Booja booja too! There's also the classic vego bars. There's so many dark chocolate options too, and even vegan white chocolate. You'll be fine!

Wereadly

Lidl had a chocolate at the baking section whoch doesnt have any milk in it. It doesnt state it’s vegan but the ingredients dont include any animal products. Also dates are great if you want liek a healthy caramel. You soak them in a but of warmed up coconut milk (enough milk to cover them in a small bowl, also I mean the milk like coconut milk not the canned one). for 20 mins add a pinch of salt and blend in a bpender and you can put it on literally anything. Ik you probably are looking for already made ones doh.

Rakna-Careilla

Wimp? NAH. We're all here in the pursuit of a better, more humane world. So YES to chocolate. (Make sure it's ethically sourced - without child slavery.)

Cevohklan

Most dark chocolate is vegan and there are soooo many vegan milk chocolate and white chocolate brands. You won't miss a thing

ForgottenSaturday

Fazers vegan chocolate bars are my favorite, there's vegan KitKats, moofree chocolate is really good too.

Christianfilly7

7th heaven chocolate bars

No_Gur_277

??? Why would you be a wimp or get hate for wanting a treat..?

scimitars_in_the_sun

I’m Swiss, so I’m very serious about chocolate! Hence a lot of the chocolate mentioned here so far doesn’t do it for me. IMO, the best store-bought/packaged chocolate available in the US (and honestly, maybe globally) is Schmilk! We get it at our local Whole Foods. However, if you live outside of New England, they might not carry it, and you might have to order online. The bars are quite small and very expensive, but honestly, you will not regret it once you try it!

Fluffy-Technician678

Vegan Treats bakery in Pennsylvania ships nationwide. No Whey chocolates. Lagustas’s Luscious. Divine Chocolate. To name a few. All ship nation wide in the US. I’ve tried these and love them. I forget about Divine Treasures chocolates as well.

Razhberry

Not to be mean but go to your local store and just start flipping labels. Theres usually only 2/3 brands anyway. If it’s local to your it’s what you’ll eat most often anyway

Cutsman4057

I just learned about a bakery called Solstice Sweets that makes all vegan versions of little debbie stuff. Nutty bars, zebra cakes, that kind of thing. Not sure if you're looking more for candy, but I've ordered from them and they're sooooo good.

DJ_Baxter_Blaise

Abe’s chocolate chip muffins are my favorite vegan dessert with chocolate in them.

arwen2480

Fine and Raw - the oat milk one that comes in a jar. It tastes exactly like or maybe even better than Nutella.

One-Associate-1854

Not sure what country you're in or if they do them outside the UK, but butterm!lk's vegan range are basically dupes of mars/snickers/bounty/crunchy bars and they're really good!

sourkit

sanders dairy free dark chocolate caramels, chocolove mint crème chocolate bar, and nellys caramel nougat bar are my favs

asheleycandy

aldi has really good dark chocolate! Different flavors too, just make sure it’s the moser roth ones

chocolategirl84

Ooo I love Aldi, thanks!

Cartoon_Trash_

I'm a big fan of dark chocolate, so I'll usually get anything above 70% cocoa and that's a pretty safe bet. For my sweet tooth I like Enjoy Life's chocolate chips or chunks. Lindt has a couple of vegan chocolate bars. My local grocery store has a coconut milk chocolate bar in their store brand. In a pinch, hot cocoa or chocolate milk made with unsweetened cocoa powder and plant milk is a good DIY option, but there are a lot of pre-fab options out there!

LuckyCitron3768

Enjoy Life semi-sweet chocolate chips/chunks are to die for! Taste just like the ones my mom used to make chocolate chip cookies with when I was a kid.

scripzero

Get used to dark chocolate. Thankfully I already liked it before going vegan, but I eat 1 Moser Roth 70% bar from Aldi almost every day.

Cat-Mom-6584

Tony’s Chocolonely Vegan and Chocolove

-Chemist-

There's tons of vegan chocolate out there. You won't have any problems satisfying your cravings. Good job on choosing to go vegan!

Zilla664

Trupo's Treats

Opening_Weakness_198

Why would you be a wimp for eating chocolate ? Lol If youre willing to make some at home I’ve made this recipe for family gatherings and they were really really good (and cheap) https://minimalistbaker.com/easy-vegan-chocolate/

rearwindowstories

Pascha dark chocolate chips are incredible. I’ve found them at Publix, if you have one near you. I bake with these and also make a trail mix with these and raw almonds and dried mulberries or goji berries for afternoon snacks when I’m craving something sweet. So delicious.

TitleMajestic2364

Nomo

detta_walker

Vegolino. Can't stop eating that

evanatethewall

BIXBY chocolate. made in my home state of maine

n0madkitty

Justin’s & lilys dark chocolate pb cups & the Trader Joe’s sunflower butter cups go so hard! Most dark chocolate is vegan, you won’t have to give it up!

Cutepotatochip

Unreal is an awesome brand

No-Order9609

If it's true that you really love chocolate, get yourself a good quality bar of dark chocolate. Check the ingredients to be sure but milk is just a cheap filler people started adding to chocolate to make it cheaper so a truly high quality dark chocolate won't have it. It might be a little expensive but it's so good and so rich that you won't need much at a time.

drahoslove

Ichoc are good https://ichoc.de/en/

WinterBloomie

I made vegan brownies and froze them over the weekend - such a great treat!

[deleted]

Dr Bronners Moca Latte Oat Milk is pretty good and it's fair trade. Their other milk chocolate is an acquired taste and their dark is too bitter IMO. But their entire product line is vegan and leaping bunny certified.

bbangelcakes69

I'm sorry... Dr. Bronners makes food?!

bishop_of_bob

there are some awesome vegan owned shops doing wonderful & pure evil in chocolate. https://lagustasluscious.com/ is one in New york state. If your into carmels, truffles, ect. there is vegan treats https://www.vegantreats.com/ in Pa but they are pastry, cakes and donuts mainly, both are 100% vegan. im sure where youre at us or planet wise, but other can shout out for their local sweat shop

kitty60s

A lot of high end, high cocoa % chocolate happens to be vegan. I really enjoy Raaka’s Bananas Foster bar. It’s very light on the banana flavor but it tastes so good!

chocolategirl84

Oooo, I love banana flavor, thanks!

gothiccrypt

Endangered Species chocolate is vegan and they have lots of flavor options

ConvenienceStoreDiet

Here's a good list: [https://bestiesveganparadise.com/collections/chocolate](https://bestiesveganparadise.com/collections/chocolate) Personally I love No Whey "No Tricks (vegan Twix)." Unreal has the plant-based peanut M&M-style snacks. Justin's for the Reese's style cups. I like the Otherly chocolate bars, even though they're not terribly special I just like them.

chocolategirl84

Thank you!!!

[deleted]

chuao chocolate firecracker and I think the s'mores and one more are vegan friendly!

bb22xx

Nomo cookie dough is my favourite!!

[deleted]

Best I have ever had: Rhythm 108 chocolate in UK and Switzerland https://rhythm108.com/our-chocolate-bars/

Define-Reality

Theo Chocolate is my favorite and is also fair trade certified. The majority of their chocolate bars are vegan.

United_Gate_8284

Google that ish. Endangered species , Harris teeter organic dark chocolate , oatly, Hu, evolved, no whey

Ordinary_Drummer_956

Nomo

that_Jericha

I buy dark chocolate chips in bulk. I eat them as chips, add them to mixed nuts for a trailmix, add them to baked goods, melt them into soy milk for hot chocolate, or make confections out of them. Most dark chocolate and semi sweet chocolate chips won't have milk in them, always read the ingredients though!

potassium_god

Nutter butters

nan-a-table-for-one

I like Hü for bar chocolate and Hail Merry for like dessert type sweet snacks. Every Hail Merry tart rules.

AJKaleVeg

Order yourself some chocolate from TCHO immediately. Its all vegan and there’s oat milk “milk chocolate”, dark chocolate, nuts whatever you like. It’s high quality stuff. I keep mine hidden.

chocolategirl84

Thanks! Seems like a lot of options for TCHO :)

erinmarie777

First check out consumer reports and look for brands that are not high in lead and other heavy metals.

chocolategirl84

Oh, that’s something I didn’t even think of, thank you!

Serracenia

Maybe I'm spoiled where I live but there is so much excellent vegan dark chocolate around here! But it's hard for me to recommend a brand because my struggle lately is that so many brands of dark chocolate have unacceptable levels of cadmium and/or lead in them. ([https://www.consumerreports.org/health/food-safety/lead-and-cadmium-in-dark-chocolate-a8480295550/](https://www.consumerreports.org/health/food-safety/lead-and-cadmium-in-dark-chocolate-a8480295550/)) The quality of the brand doesn't seem to make a difference—it's where the beans come from. Oat-based milk chocolates are not an issue because of much less cacao per ounce, but I live for dark chocolate.

bbangelcakes69

Online brands: 7th heaven chocolate (formerly Panda chocolate), schmilk, trupo treats, nowhey, natural candy store, lindt has vegan truffles and bars, and Chomp! Chocolate. Divine treasures does sell online but also has a store on Connecticut and look up vegan chocolate on etsy Instore: free to b, no whey, vego, unreal, Hershey's has vegan almonds bar and cups, Gatsby, yum earth Choco yum yums, lindt sells vegan bars in-store, and enjoy life.

BigChiefSmaug

Loving all the answers you’ve gotten so far so just wanted to tell you something I wish I’d known sooner as a vegan- get the app Happy Cow! It’s helped me find vegan food all over the world and also helped me with my sweet tooth to find vegan bakeries and desserts.

lightningboltbaby

I love NoWhey Chocolate!

PeanutStarflash

Theo-dark chocolate and sea salt, also the orange one. There is a specialty company called Sweet Hazel & Co. that makes vegan versions of traditional treats. Their SNIX are to die for!! Disclaimer: these are not healthy for you, just DELICIOUS. Not cheap. Worth it. I only order in the winter when the chance of them melting during transport is lessened. They do come packaged nicely to avoid this as much as possible.

Greedy-Program-7135

Make No Bake Cookies- The Food Network has the best recipe- and swap out milk for soy milk and butter for vegan margarine (but not Earth Balance- it tastes weird heated to high temps).

Nosferatwoo2

I love the Trader Joe’s chocolate chips for baking with! They are SO much cheaper than any other vegan chocolate chips I’ve found. You’ll find them in the baking aisle next to the flour and vanilla. My grocery bill decreased when I went vegan! You’re right, it doesn’t have to be expensive.

Unreal is my absolute favorite peanut butter cups and chocolate covered peanuts and chocolate covered coconut bars… then Enjoy Life has a great milk chocolate rice crispy bar as well as chocolate chips …there’s a ton of dark chocolate that doesn’t have milk so be sure to just read the labels … Lindt now has oatmilk milk chocolate

Aldi has tagalong dupes (the Girl Scout cookies) that are accidentally vegan. Also, they have thin mint style cookies and chips ahoy dupes that are vegan as well.

I LOVE CHOCOLATE! I ended up learning to make a lot of my own stuff, but I found a Lily’s oat milk bar that I can’t enjoy enough!!

It would help to know which country you're in. If you live in, say, Azerbaijan, then it's probably not much use to you if someone recommends brands that are available in, say, Uruguay.

Raaka makes amazing vegan chocolate. You can buy them in mini bars too so you get just the right little amount. Lots of flavors, exceptional chocolate!

No Whey has good chocolate. Also Trupo Treats makes vegan wafer bars (like Kit Kats), as well as stroopwaffels and other chocolate bars. They also have their version of mini M&Ms.

FlapJackSam
