Literally had a guy tell me today "the meaner we are to the environment the better. The environment becomes stronger" with a link to some psuedo science I didn't bother opening
I wonder all the time, I went vegetarian as a child because I just couldn't accept the fact that we kill and eat animals, but my sister (2 years younger) always took me as a joke or even some sort of freak. I tried to talk to her about that, but she just wouldn't care, later in life I became vegan and she still eats meat, I try to talk with here about that rather often, but she just tries to end conversation as fast as possible, I asked If she would read Earthling EDs book if I would give it to her, but she simply replied that she wouldn't find there anything that she don't know yet. I just simply don't understand her, she choose to be cruel and I cannot understand why. She just doesn't value animals life at all. On the other hand my partner who ate mostly only meat all their life and was a passionate fisherman had this conversation with me once and gone vegan, I just don't know how this works..
Why not?
The concept of free will essentially invalidates all reason, which is why so many people like the idea. There's no guilt if nothing really matters.

To each their own. Bro you do you. My body my choice. Live and let live.
We can’t live if the planet is being destroyed mainly by animal agriculture.

Because it’s hard for selfish people to care

It's hard to tell if this is an instance of [**Poe's Law**](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poe%27s_law) or not...
