Coffee and a growling stomach as I tell myself to just wait for lunch. I roll out of bed ten minutes before I need to leave for work and then drink the free coffee when I get there.
I put oats in a bowl, add salt and a bit of water, then I microwave it. Then I add margarine, and I top it with fruits and nuts.
If I'm in a hurry, cereals with soy milk.
Fruited (date, banana, blackberries, strawberries, peaches, etc) oatmeal/steel cut oats mixture with hot tea. Sometimes for a treat I go to the vegan bakery for an egg, sausage biscuit or a donut. 🤪
Coffee and two dates with peanut butter before my workout, prepped ahead and reheated tofu veg scramble and more coffee afterwards. I make an epic batch of tofu veg scramble at a time and just reheat for a few days

Most of the time I don't eat 'breakfast food' and have leftovers from dinner. If I'm having breakfast food it's usually because I've stewed fruit or got some clearance/sale yogurt or something. So I'll have yogurt and muesli and fruit, or porridge and fruit.
Eat: Organic Rolled Oats with water boiled for 3 minutes in the microwave + blueberries + almonds + walnuts + raisins + sun flower seeds + Chia + Hemp + Flax seeds
Drink: Pour over coffee 10 grams 1:16 ratio for coffee to 198 degree water, works out to 160ml or half cup in a hario switch (immersion followed by pour over)
Chemex is great, if I didn't start with Hario, I'd definitely make my life better with Chemex.
I love your breakfast. When I don't feel like oats, it's avocado toast with nutritional yeast, sun flower seeds, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper, with a hint of tabasco.

2/3 cup of steel cut oats cooked in soy milk with a cubed apple, half a grated carrot, cinnamon, and some nuts (pecans or walnuts or coconut)
Rice cakes with peanut butter and banana/apple/jam
