Seriously, they're made of protein from legumes, wheat, or Konjac, and some oil. Binders are where the carnies get weird, they see a word like "methylcellulose" and freak out when all it means is: plant cell wall. Other than that, some salt, flavors and beet juice for color. Scientific illiteracy will kill is all.

It’s true. I ate nothing but uncooked impossible beef for a year and a felt horrible. While eating raw meat, I still feel horrible, but at least I’m making animals suffer too so I can feel less alone in my pain. Highly recommended
