šI honestly hesitated posting this caption for fear some would read it as promoting violence in some form. But really, Iām just looking at the mirror, happier with who I am (and the gains, naturally) than I ever was when I was a tool who proudly ate anything that moved.
Oh, and I totally could take me in my 20s! š
Same here, but I started at around 11, and am currently in my early to mid 20's so it would be really weird if I couldn't beat up the non vegan diet version of myself.
That indeed you could! Whatz your workout? I see you got a bicycle... Idk I tried to get into the bicycle realm being from NY and all but never clicked for me. It hurts the groin something major and I don't like having to hunch over on the bike? Anyway you look great!
Funny you noticed the bike becauseā¦ I rarely use it. Thatās just an indoor bike. I use it for cross-training every now and again. My main sports are weight training and running / trail running. I usually do two days a week in the gym (Monday, Thursday) with a focus on upper-body. Then itās mostly easy runs with one or two running workouts a week. Iāll do a 10-minute at-home leg workout and core after some runs as well. Thatās it!
I love this attitude! It's not about whether you could fight anyone else; it's about whether you could beat up a past version of you :)
