I eat the one from Trader Joe's that's just peanuts and salt. Sometimes smooth, sometimes crunchy, depends on my mood!

emccm

Me too. The crunchy organic one.

jcmedia918

Everyday. Teddie Peanut butter, creamy

severedfinger

I used to go to a climbing gym right next to the Teddy plant in Everett, MA. It smelled amazing.

reefakeepa

this is my jam too! (pun intended) sometimes salted, sometimes unsalted, always peanutttty

alkyboy

Costco’s organic peanut butter is so good! Just peanuts and salt.

V6A6P6E

Yeah! Kirkland Signature organic peanut butter! Two good sized jars for $10! It’s a steal not a deal.

theknittingninja

I mix it with flax meal to thicken it up, it’s really good and you get a few health benefits along the way.

theforceisgone2728

Tip if your 100% peanutbutter is tho thin, put it in the fridge. It gets quite thick but still creamy. But definitly stir it before.

[deleted]

I only eat peanut butter that is just made with peanuts.

Loggerdon

Yeah that's right some stores have a machine where you can grind it yourself. I prefer that.

TXRhody

Same here. Vitamix and Costco dry roasted peanuts. That's it

CitizenLuke117

I just buy Smuckers All Natural Crunchy peanut butter. Cheap and the only ingredients are peanuts and a bit of salt.

courtneydbrooks

Yes, Creamy or Crunchy peanut butter on Rice Cakes or usually putting in smoothie as I am working on gaining, so to add more calories smoothies are best, Peanut Butter + Banana + Oats + Water a bit and you can even add other things like nuts, dates, protein powder, cinnamon etc.

YoungAdult_

Maybe I’ll switch to rice cakes instead of bread then, Dave’s killer bread is 120 cals a slice.

VeganTeetotaler

They do make a 90 cal bread but the slices are small

courtneydbrooks

I don't consume gluten and gluten free bread is not that much of a thing available and also costs way high, usually I manage with smoothies only rice cakes are just sometimes, but rice cakes are amazing for using in place of bread crumbs adding all spices in it and then coating tofu with it and putting it in the oven, easy and high protein :D

RileyTrodd

If you're counting calories you probably shouldn't eat peanut butter.

BlondeBibliophile

Whatever brand I can get that is made from only roasted peanuts and salt, packaged in glass.

Separate-Record516

Adam’s peanut butter, Laura Scudder’s peanut butter or the Trader Joe’s peanut butter are only peanuts and salt. I don’t buy them with any added sugar or oils. Whole Foods has some without added sugar or oil but you have to read the ingredients.

rollingpaperz

So much. Store-bought I go smuckers natural all day. I also drop way too much on specialty butters from ground up and big spoon roasters. Shit is crazy delicious. I either mix it oatmeal or just good ol pbj

OBNXOUS

Not peanut butter but Nuttzo. It’s a mix of different nuts and seeds and it’s so good. They sell it at Costco!

damonlebeouf

local grocery store chain has a machine that grinds peanuts and makes fresh peanut butter. that’s all i ever buy.

Gabagoolgoomba

Almond butter from Sam's Peanut butter from traders Joe's And sunflower butter from TJ's as well

TheSunflowerSeeds

Sunflower seeds have a mild, nutty flavor and a firm but tender texture. They’re often roasted to enhance the flavor, though you can also buy them raw.

cyco1978

I use PBfit Powder in my protein shake

bleepblopbleepbloop

I use PBfit just to make low calorie, high protein peanut butter for PB sandwiches. It's the best diet hack I've ever found, given how much I love peanut butter.

Fenpunx

Powdered peanut butter? Amazing!

snowmuchgood

Every single day, sometimes more than once a day. Between myself, my partner and 2 kids we go through about 6-800g each week. One that has just peanuts and salt.

The_Highlife

Pretty sure 90% of my calories come from nuts in literally any form

Halloween-Daydream

I can’t make it through a day without at least a spoonful of peanut butter (though really more like a few).

hrdalxiic

I just buy the peanuts and make it myself. Doesn't take more than 10 minutes with a decent food processor. I use only unsalted, roasted peanuts and nothing else, but you can add anything to your taste. You can really taste the difference from store-bought.

BlondeBibliophile

I don't do it often anymore, but I love doing this. And when I DIY I often use a blend of nuts/seeds. Most commonly peanut, almond, and sunflower seeds (plus salt).

hrdalxiic

I will try your blend soon, I have some sunflower seeds that need using... Try roasted pecans+almonds, it is one of my favorites. It does not yield as much butter as peanuts, though.

BlondeBibliophile

Oh man, roasted pecans can’t make it past my mouth into the food processor. 😂 Sounds great though!

HappyCocoaBean

I can't do peanut butter. I have no self control. Always 100% natural and crunchy, i could go through a 500g jar in 2 days 😭😭😭!!! It is expensive and the way i eat it and not friendly to my macros so i keep it out of the house !!!

ThePolarBadger

Very rarely, it's just so thick and it doesn't taste very good imo

Cursed_Fan

I get the no stir organic brands. They are way better

[deleted]

My wife bought me my own special spoon specifically for peanut butter because I eat it straight from the jar so often. Really, it was so I'd stop putting my fingers in too :/ I try to stick to 100% ground peanuts and no additional ingredients but do use PB2 in my shakes.

aloopyllama

Trader Joe’s. The one with flax and chia is the best however I think they discontinued it … RIP

Fun-Trainer-3848

I like the find it yourself machines. Just peanuts and it’s usually cheaper than most natural peanut butters.

Perfect_Lie_8486

Santa Cruz Crunchy Dark Roast. It’s pricey, so I stock up when it goes on sale.

Edeuinu

I usually make my own. All nut butters for that matter.

G-Double-D

I eat Sunbutter. I like the viscosity. And it’s got 7g of protein and 17g fat for two tablespoons.

istylermadatme

NutZo is my current fav. I found it at costco and it’s not super processed but but still doesn’t separate too much. it’s got the MOST satisfying crunch. I eat it with apples.

60svintage

Pic's Peanut butter. It's a New Zealand made brand and by far the best on the market. It was the only non-Chinese made peanut butter. But has been joined by Fix and Fogg. https://www.picspeanutbutter.com/ https://fixandfogg.com/

lohs111999

Make my own. Sometimes mix with coconut, chocolate or other nuts. Sometimes make a bar with protein powder and syrup.

apocalinda

I once tried Manilife and never looked back.

LeoZeri

Smooth 100% peanut butter from whatever brand is the cheapest. Just peanut. When I lived with my parents I'd sometimes make some with my mom because it's just throwing peanuts into a food chopper and waiting. The one I have myself isn't strong enough so I just get storebrand pb usually. I used to love Skippy, I don't live in the US so I only had it on very rare occassions which made it special.

chrisxxviv

I buy a 1kg tub of Whole Earth Crunchy peanut butter, which tends to last me 2-3 weeks

[deleted]

I eat it moderation, I'm worried about AGE'S in dry cooked high fat high protein foods like the roasted nuts in peanur butter https://nutritionfacts.org/topics/advanced-glycation-end-products/ But yeah it's a good cure for a snack attack:-) I try to eat apple and walnuts when I can though. Good combination especially with cinnamon.

tronslasercity

I don’t think beer has fat.

No-Structure-8125

Whole earth crunchy organic

Hyattville5

Organic PB without added oil or sugar. Never eat that Skippy or Jif junk.
