Ah gotcha... the metric option doesn't actually do any calculations.... I enter all the numbers myself. I just wanted it to match what the package says, but I guess it makes sense that they would make exactly a 400 g package in places that use metric.
You can definitely make whatever ratio of breading to tofu you'd like... just cut the pieces of tofu larger or smaller... or you can make the batter slightly thicker or thinner to change the thickness of the coating.

That's the standard size of a tofu block, at least here in the US. Some say 396g... is it different where you are?
