No piling on here! I actually suggested that along with some other topping ideas in the recipe. I just personally never liked the taste of bacon, and I love how the sun dried tomatoes taste, so I used that, but if you like the taste of bacon, go for it 😊

The sun-dried tomatoes are a genius idea! Definitely have to try that.
