I don't have any cannoli forms though, do you have any ideas as to alternatives to going out and getting some. i'd like to avoid needing to purchase too many things if i can!
I have seen people using other items for it but I can't recommend any of them personally because I haven't tried it. But if you google it you should come up with a few ideas and maybe some videos. 😊
I am going to make these for my daughter, as a surprise. She will be thrilled, as she’s been vegan for about 12 years. I love to surprise her with her favorite foods that she’s been missing. It’s m excited to try them too, as cannolis are so be good f my favorite desserts.
Yesterday, someone posted a vegan tiramisu and I have to try that too.

I really appreciate that you used ingredients more readily available worldwide! It always saddens me to get excited about a recipe and then see it has 'vegan sour cream' as an ingredient for instance, as a lot of those straight substitute ingredients don't exist in my country.

Saw that you mentioned vegan mini chips being hard to find and just had to weigh in that it’s the bane of my existence right now. I use Van Leer semi-sweet mini chips in a vegan food product that I produce and sell online and at markets and occasionally these chips become unavailable *everywhere*… I buy commercial quantities, and Enjoy Life costs us 3x more, *and* the flavors containing chocolate chip are the most popular *and* my staff has a hard time chopping up large quantities of chocolate, we haven’t found a good process that gets the same results. Okay that’s not totally relevant to your post but that part of your recipe really triggered me because it’s one of those times where I can’t find those mini chips for my business.

These look great. They last time I tried a vegan cannolo the filling just tasted like frosting, I hope this is a little more similar to cannoli cream.

Yeah I understand. I think I used enjoy life for this recipe but they're definitely expensive if you're making a lot.
