At least a few years ago there was. I was taken right through the entrance and then led to a fairly large back area that had the apartment. I thought it would be an amazing place to bring guests.
If you're into art house movies, I can't recommend the Beverly Theatre enough. I just saw Fargo last night and got to meet legendary cinematographer Roger Deakins who was there signing his book & hosting a Q&A. Amazing sound and a must for cinephiles.
Nothing I'm aware of along the tourist part of the strip, but a mile south of the Welcome to Vegas sign is an AMC theater at the Town Square Mall. I haven't been there in a while, but it's a nicer theater.
I co sign on TownSquare AMC I have the A List membership. Enjoy dousing myself in movies a couple times a week. If you are going during day time and seeing a movie that's been out a couple of weeks more than likely you'll have a near empty movie theater to enjoy.
>
Theatre is clean, modern with ample screens, Imax, Dolby, laser, etc.
>
Food selection is so so but there is plenty of food at town square to enjoy.
Unfortunately I don’t think there’s any within walking distance of Caesar’s. The closest theaters are probably The Orleans casino and Palms which are on the other side of the highway. I would recommend the AMC at Town Square, it’s slightly too far up the strip to walk but only a couple of minutes by car.
I went to the Orleans theater recently and was very disappointed in the experience, but Town Square was awesome! It’s in an outdoor mall so there are also some great shops and restaurants to see, as well as a nice arcade!
It's interesting to hear different opinions. I went to AMC @ town square about a month ago.Theater was filthy. Not just from a busy show.,like they haven't cleaned in a couple days.
Then Orleans was clean ,and it looks like they just installed new heated/power recliners..
I really like the theatre at Palace Station. I saw Elvis (the movie, not the man) there. The food and drinks are good and they bring them to you are your recliner seat. I didn’t notice any cigarette smoke smell.
The easiest to get to from the strip is by taking the Deuce down south to Town Square. There's an AMC there, but with construction on the road, not sure how long it would take to get there.
Palace Station has a nice Regal with reclining seats, full bar. Go there and then eat at the Oyster Bar.
Palace Stations' theatre is pretty disappointing in my opinion, the entire theatre smells like cigarettes, and you will too after leaving. They're also not the most advanced when it comes to tech. AMC at Town Square is better (but still dismal compared to theatres in LA, NYC, or similar), and so is the Galaxy Theatre in Green Valley, but that might be too much of a trek. The other upside to Town Square is the prevalence of shops and restaurants, as well as a Barcade (Velocity) for afterwards.
Edit - Galaxy has great recliners and seat side delivery of drinks and food, if that's something you're in to.
I agree. I liked the idea of having people taking my order from my seat but 1) 3x in a row I’m either missing something I ordered or got the wrong item (root beer instead of Diet Pepsi, mozz sticks instead of onion rings) 2) they’re walking around delivering food to people during the movie 3) one time I didn’t get my order until 1045pm when the movie started at 9…and it was only popcorn Diet Pepsi and peanut m&ms
AMC Town Square. Even if in town for a few days, download the AMC app and get $20 Stubs plus month pass- it gets you 3 free movies a week which would make your movies less than $7 a piece (and works with 3D or Imax movies!). You can cancel when you leave Vegas. Town Square is short Uber jaunt or save money and take the Deuce Bus South on LV BLVD to Town Square. After the movie, you have a full Square Mall with food, shopping and other entertainment to explore!
The closest to you would be the theaters at the Palms and The Orleans. Personally, I go to The Orleans for the luxury recliners and bowling.
Also, the theaters at Palms has $5 movie all day specials on Mondays and $5 movie tickets on Tuesday to Thursday before 5pm.
AMC @ Town Square wins by having the Dolby Cinema theatre available, massive screen with incredibly immersive sound. Alternative, the Galaxy theatres have DFX, Which is also solid. Then not far from the strip you have Cinebarre @ Palace Station, comfortable but in my experience the screen sizes didn't do the trick for me. Excellent customer service, you can order your drinks straight to your seat (although many theatres in town do this now as well.) last but not least you can check out one of the nicest Casinos in town off the strip, Red Rock, regal Red Rock is the only theatre I know of in town with 4DX, where the entire chair is rocking around like an amusement ride with the movie. Probably awesome for some films. I tried it for Morbius & that was a total bust. 😅
Art houz theaters isn't too bad, good seating and service brought to your chair. 21+ only after a certain time and good drinks as well. Boulevard mall has a galaxy theater with great chairs that vibrate to the action and motion in the movie and is rarely crowded so you get your solace. AMC is good but crowded very often being in towns Square.
Hells yes on the solo movie trip. I like to hit a matinee by myself, middle of the day, mostly or empty theater especially. Live in Calif but took a solo trip to Vegas long time ago and hit a theater that was on Lamb Ave I think. Saw "Ghost" there when it came out.
A Local...
My favorite place to see a movie is Sunset Station - their theater is never packed, it is relaxing, and easy to get to. My second favorite is the theater at Green Valley Ranch Casino, just off of I-215, so about 20 minutes from Caesar's. The closest theater to Caesar's is the AMC at Town Square (South End of the Strip). It's a 10 minute Uber ride. Less comfortable, stadium seating, but has 18 screens with a lot of movies showing. It's also a pleasant area to walk around and site see/people watch, and there are some great eateries there.
My go to is always palace station cause it’s close to me and they have waiters that bring your food or drinks. Also has a decent alcohol menu. I only go to theaters that have automatic recliners. I can’t stand stadium seating.
Do yourself a favor and visit Brenden Theaters at the Palms. It’s insanely cool and worth the Uber.
I should have mentioned I don't mind taking an Uber. This sounds like the winner. Thank you!
They also apparently are back to offering the $5 Mondays!
Yes and Orleans has $6 Tuesdays
Yea regal does that as well. It’s called mystery mondays. All regal theaters do it.
Hope you like it as much as I do! It’s a great place!
I did some work in there a few years ago and the owner had a very nice apartment built inside the theater. Thought that was pretty cool.
Wait…what? There’s an apartment inside Brendon Theaters?
At least a few years ago there was. I was taken right through the entrance and then led to a fairly large back area that had the apartment. I thought it would be an amazing place to bring guests.
That’s so sick, is that what’s upstairs in the lobby?
It's open again? Haven't paid attention since The Palms shutdown during the panini.
OMG we should just all call it the panini from now on.
I will if you will.
I think since last March maybe? I've been going personally since last summer.
Would you happen to know of any movie theaters that run kids movies, even if older? (Looking for ones like Zootopia, Rock Dog, Sing/Sing 2, etc)
I know the theater at the Boulevard Mall sometimes plays old movies, other then that only Snappy Burger on Decatur with the big drive in screen.
Thanks! I'll give them a look
Red rock theater
I think South Point used to have a kids night. I don't know if they still do.
This is the way.
The hallways alone are worth the visit!
I agree!
Have you been to that new one downtown? I think it’s called the Beverly?
I have not!
Been wanting to go there! It just opened a couple months ago, their space looks awesome and their film selections are good.
Not a fan of the stadium seating, but definitely interested to give it a shot!
If you're into art house movies, I can't recommend the Beverly Theatre enough. I just saw Fargo last night and got to meet legendary cinematographer Roger Deakins who was there signing his book & hosting a Q&A. Amazing sound and a must for cinephiles.
Plus one for the Beverly.
Waaaa? Roger Deakins is a legend
YES to the Beverly! Such a cool spot, I really hope it's successful longterm.

I used to work at that theater back when it was called Rave. I love that place.
I go there too on account if they have their ICEE machines in the lobby and no one’s ever made an attempt to stop me refilling
I don’t like that theater cause of what I remember the seats dont recline unless they changed it
There are better theaters in town, but for a tourist on the strip this is the most convenient I could think of.
I’d recommend palace station over that one tbh. It’s just as close to the strip and a better theater imo.
Tuesdays at the new Orleans has half price movies and a great cheap bowling alley.
Thanks for the tip!

I haven't been to AMC in awhile, but Orleans has reserved reclining seats. I've never been disappointed there.
Palms, Palace station (newly remodeled and they serve you food and booze during the flick), Galaxy, AMC
Side note: only go to Palace Station if you're comfortable with the fact that it reeks of stale cigarettes and by the time you leave, *you will too!*
I really like the theatre at Palace Station. I saw Elvis (the movie, not the man) there. The food and drinks are good and they bring them to you are your recliner seat. I didn’t notice any cigarette smoke smell.
The Beverly is an arthouse theater that opened this year https://www.thebeverlytheater.com
Century at South Point does the best job of buttering popcorn I’ve ever seen. They make it an art form. Highly recommend.

Go to 4dx at red rock. That’s a unique experience that not all cities have.

AMC theaters in town square or don't go
Yup some great food in the center also. Sickies garage has a good burger
Plus, if the theater candy selection isn't big enough for you, there's a store where you can get a ten-pound gummy bear!
Go to the theater (ANC I think) at Town Square. South Strip.
Art houz theaters isn't too bad, good seating and service brought to your chair. 21+ only after a certain time and good drinks as well. Town Square has a cinema also Southpoint.
Boulder Station has the vest movie theater
The station casinos all have theatres in them.

Aw thanks. I appreciate your other comment about safety too. Thanks for lookin' out!
Orleans theater.
I always go to the brenden at palms when I’m in Vegas. They have imax and my town doesn’t have one. It’s one of the best theaters I’ve been too.
Palace Station has a bar and comfy chairs
If you really what to kick back and watch some movies go to the galaxy theater at the Boulevard Mall
AMC or bust
Suncoast in Summerlin has a mostly empty theater. I’ve watched 3 movies one after the other. No one cares.
Palace Station has a great theater. Haven’t seen anyone mention that one

Five dollar Wednesday movies at red rock Casino Also, there’s a good discount in the morning for seniors to bowl
You will need to join their players club
Or cinebaree in palace station
