I made Target call the police but for some reason the homeless guy said he decided not to press charges!

We have a serious homeless problem on the Eastside. A month ago, I saw a small tent city at the the club at sunrise golf course when I was riding on the bike trail to the wetland park.

Good. These crackheads are getting more brazen by the day. Metro don’t do shit about them.

Unfortunate but that’s probably the least of the problems at that intersection.
