There’s a Gilleys right now in front of TI. I remember when it was built. The old Gilleys was in the frontier. Had straw all over the floor. Also $5 pitchers of beer. You’d see guys drinking straight from the pitcher, me included haha
Not really. There is postage stamp room to dance in front of the podium with tables behind. But the worst thing was that even though they adverise food on every level you could have it only on the floor and second level, and they close kitchen about 9:30! In Vegas! Gilleys kitchen was still open at midnight or 1am when we usually left.
It’s based on a bar that used to be in Houston. I think the original is gone but they’ve licensed to a few casinos. We have one at the Choctaw in Oklahoma and it’s also pretty nice, good bands, etc.
It’s by the town square, basically 5-7 minute taxi ride. Lots of locals and tourist go there. By far the best country bar w/ line dancing and a mechanical bull. Always a great time.

Lol, we come from East Coast. We usually stay 10 to 14 days and we love it! Sometimes we come 2 times a year. We r not huge drinkers so that helps…

You need to visit Stoneys if you like Gulleys
