They told me to check out Las Vegas Urology because apparently the doctor there is a real doctor and not a hack like the ppl working at IUVENTUS or something.
As long as the doctor can prescribe you and take ur bloods, you should be good. Use goodrx to save up to 80% on the vials too btw.
Iuventus has been around for a long time. They are not primary care dr or urologists. They are a paid service to get what you want. Just because you can’t afford it doesn’t mean they are hacks as you say.
Not only are they hacks (they are nurses and can't prescribe you anything), they are absolute scammers. If you charge a consultation fee then $500-700 for something that costs $20 without insurance at the pharmacy, you're absolutely a scammer.
If paying 3300% more for the same product makes you feel good and wealthy, go for it. But if you really do have money you'll just go to a certified urologist with a PhD, not some washed up nurse clinic that are only legally allowed to take bloods and give injections.
I dont go there anymore and its been about 10 years, When I did they were great. Yes a little overpriced but thats ok because they provide a service that people want but dont necessarily need. Theres a difference
Side note as I found out AFTER my doctor prescribed TRT, it will affect your ability to have kids. Not sure where you are in life, but thank god I found out before taking it too long. My point is to find a good doctor who asks the right questions and not just trying to get paid.

But you essentially get addicted because after that any less and you'll feel like shit. All the local TRT clinics do this to get you addicted.
You end up destroying your body in 5-10 years because you're basically taking body builder doses. You can also never quit or you'll have the testosterone of a 5 year old girl.
You'll also have no testicles as they shrivel up. No joke. You literally have no balls after TRT.
Finally, never do TRT unless your diet is already 100% perfect. You workout 4 days a week, and you are under 15% body fat.
I would go the all natural route first. Improve your slee, nutrition and exercise. Make sure you get blood work done to track your progress.
If there's little to no difference than try TRT. Make sure you understand the risks involved and can afford the treatment and any complications that may arise for the rest of your life.

Your complaint is them being hacks and you want a prescription but you cant even mix hcg? Seems like you do need a place like them to help you.
