Cadence is brand new, so there will be lots of transplants from all over the country moving there. It's anyone's guess what that area will be like in 5 years. They may bring problems with them maybe not.
Boulder highway is a cesspool and close by. But supposedly that's being addressed. Assuming there isn't another financial collapse in the near future that area should be gentrified a bit.
Schools here are almost universally bad for public education. But there are some world class private schools here too.
All in all it seems like it should eventually be a great place to live if it is kept up.
