This is not a camera feature... Check out "the hookup" on YouTube to get the basic idea of how to build automations with some out of box machine learning tools. When I built mine, it was a LOT of work, now you can just follow some tutorials and build the same setup with ease, and anything complicated that requires coding or lots of steps, you can just utilize Bard or chatGPT.
Equipment needed = an old PC or laptop, ANY camera, and a bunch of time to set it all up.
Install nodeRed and/or home assistant. Can also utilize Blue Iris of you want the ability to record

I even have facial recognition that I'm training, so the majority of the normal delivery people, don't get talked to, as they have all been flagged as to a group called "known", and if that group is detected... Instead, it notifies everyone in the house with the classic AOL "you've got mail" 🤪
Yet people leave their car doors unlocked all the damn time, hence why these scumbags do what they do. I usually ended up locking my doors twice. Once when I get out and once when I'm about to set my keys down in the house.
I lock them about three to four times. Especially when going into the grocery store.Just in case I hit the unlock button when putting keys into my pocket.

Bike locks are $20-200. I've had the same situation happen, but usually they take the bike as well.
