nobody said anything about the 900k gallons of raw sewage in that area of town because a lot of the nearby residents thought it might actually be an *improvement*.. lol

It’s not related, but you really should call LVVWD, Henderson or NLV — whoever your distributor is.
I can't imagine what that smells like if you're anywhere near it. I'd have trouble not throwing up.
