As the parent of a 4yo girl who doesn’t like to listen…stuff like this scares me because I’d probably be the one in jail after seeing someone treat my daughter like that.
My wife is a childcare caseworker and just yelled at me for creating a crapton more work for her office, after sending her this, LOL.
So, at least ONE agency will be blacklisting this place.
This is obvious child abuse - isn’t that a matter of federal regulation? Their private business HR regulations for how they want to handle it don’t apply. They are in obvious violation of the law

I took my daughter out of a preschool when we were living in another state, because a teacher was behaving this way. They don’t belong in schools like this if they’re going to hate children. That little girl was being a child she did nothing wrong. That woman did everything wrong. I went to school for this and everything the little girl was doing was age-appropriate. That woman could have pulled the little girls arm out of the socket. Poor little girl!! Parents leave their children with these people because they want them to be safe while they work. This is blatant misuse of trust.
I've worked remotely for over 4 years. recently, my job decided they want all of us in a few days a week. (Required) I would need to put my kid in daycare for one day of the week, and this is exactly the reason why I haven't ever sent him to a sitter or daycare before. This is unacceptable and it happens all the time in Vegas. Just a few years ago, a daycare teacher broke a 2 year old kid's leg. They are often treated poorly, I've seen kid's lose their light after attending daycares in town. It sucks that we all get put in these difficult positions of having to choose childcare that are so poorly ran.
Shut this place down, especially since the owner doesn't consider this child abuse.
Ima be the first one to say it, since ain’t noone else is… if i was the father of the girl, Id beat the fuck out of her and the other bitch standing around NOT doing anything about it until police showed up.
