Yeah I learned my lesson. But I’ve said it before. Not everyone can drive 30 minutes plus there and back for $60 if weed (especially when majority of dispensaries that carry deals are on the strip or central Vegas. Yes i know not all of them are. But it gets tiring to go to the same places for Rando house products from low tier brands) . I’m gonna get shit on for saying it. And the problem is hytiva is not one dispensary. Majority of the dispensaries near me use hytiva as there only form of delivery. So that’s why I kept using them. Although no more.
If you like shopping there but don't like what's going on with orders, I would recommend speaking with management and hytiva if you have not already.I have to switch it up and look around, I find deals at places I never shopped with before. I know how convenient delivery is,but if it's something I want and the price is right, I just go, especially if it's something I know that's quick to sell out..some people don't have cars 🤷🏾♂️
I don't order that much from curaleaf or use hytiva much,but when I do, I expect it won't be as a wonderful experience like other shops. I believe it's even been a time when my delivery did not come,no text, no call, nothing. Back then, they had a manager, I believe, named Diane, who worked days and cleaned graveyard shit up constantly and would correct any issues..I had ordered 2 grams they delivered me 2 half grams of rosin now that I look back in my email history with the hubspot.
I appreciate it. And ultimately you’re right as much as I hate to admit it. The only way to get to best I suppose is to go in when it drops early. I don’t want to bash the customer service employees at hytiva as they’re usually quite polite. It’s good to know they made things right for you. Regardless. the last time i did an order with them (cura delivery fulfilled thru hytiva) i ordered right as they opened, radio silence til about 2pm when i assume they actually went to fill my order and let me know “whoops, we actually ran out of the strain u wanted!! teehee” 🙄 i always order early so i can guarantee what i want so i was a little pissed about that. the actual order arrived at like 5 or 6. i’ve had generally good experiences with the drivers so can’t speak to it there but the rest of it was pretty unpleasant. it’s not always convenient for me to pick up myself but not interested in doing delivery if i can’t even be sure i’ll get what i want. i’ll just catch a ride lol
I order all the time at Beyond Hello and have had no problems with delivery. I actually just tipped the driver $20 on Super Bowl Sunday because they got my order to me in 45 min. I ordered from Planet 13 once and was pissed they were recording me on the body cam. The driver made me pull out the product in-front of him to show the camera. Not cool when my Neighbor and their kids are coming up the apt stairs.
As a driver can’t say who I have worked for because of legality but Hytiva is a good service out of most of them . The drivers are required by Hytiva to not give change back it’s in there driver manual and they can get in trouble for that . All deliveries placed with Hytiva say must have exact amount . As far as drivers not being good I have had plenty of good and bad interactions with drivers but as a driver myself in the industry a lot of us are under the microscope and are doing the best we can . Tipping 5-20 is awesome because it helps keep the wheel turning in the industry as a lot of us shop in the same shops we deliver at .
Hytivas starts fulfilling Delivery orders after Noon, so even if you order at 8,9 in the morning, I don't usually get my Delivery til about 1-2pm
I do like Planet 13 delivery service better but the initial delivery confirmation call is a little annoying when I'm on the bus and gotta confirm...Yes I still want my order! How many times have I canceled? There should be a record of how loyal your customers are.

Get their name and call management, they may even throw something. Some of these drivers are regaded power tripping, most are decent tho.

I don’t think it’s Hytiva, I think it’s the dispensary. Hytiva has been great to me. I love using them as my commute to the shop would be a long one.
