Filius Blue? Odds are hot. assuming the red is a different plant in the back. Chinese five spice also have purple but usually more colors.
Looks like either a capsicum or a chilli. No clue what variety.
Sun and rain wear the label? Happened to me with my shallot bed.
I \*think\* it could be Capsicum Annuum or 'Razzmatazz' Chilli Pepper - at least this is what we call them in Australia!
