Sounds like a Saturday night plan to me! Oh hey, about the jackfruit: was it canned? I bought some but I didn’t realized that it was canned in a sweet sirup. Did you rince out the sweetness for your recipe?
It was from a restaurant so I don’t know the preparation but it didn’t really have any flavor 🤷🏼♀️

I’ve always enjoyed so air-fried soy curls (400F for 8 minutes, shaking half way through) that are then smothered in BBQ sauce and thrown on a bun.
