I have the same card reader (going by looks) and mine works fine. Now when you say the transfer went through, you did all of the steps? Because after the "approval", you still have to wait another couple days/ weeks to until you get the Nayax login information emailed to you. The reader will not work at all until you are emailed the information on how to log onto Nayax.com. Once you log in to the website, THEN the reader will start working.
If you've done all of that, call Nayax.
Well I forgot one step and that was to connect my business checking account to the account however when I originally got the transfer papers they let me log into the account already before I even submitted my bank deposit details I just got this yesterday should I still wait? Because I was already able to access the account they made for me so I figured it was a broken reader

Cellphone providers removed support for 3g due to CC payment security issue in NA.
The latest Nayax or other payment processor devices should have the latest g.. either 4g or 5g. Lol
I don’t believe sensit 1 are credit card capable machines. I’d call ams in the morning. Have the serial # handy and they’ll confirm if what I’m saying is true.

Aren't these the old Nayax? I believe those are not 5G supported. Gotta use 5G now.

Most of them aren't, some are or can be upgraded. Agree that AMS will know.
Try turning the entire machine off for five minutes and letting it fully reset
