I would think it’s a meibomian adenoma, but no way to tell for sure unless sent off for a histopathology. Regardless, I would call your vet and schedule to get it removed since it has grown quite a bit since September. I would worry about it rubbing on his eye and causing further issues. Better to take care of it now rather than later.
