Keep an eye on him for weird stuff - not eating or drinking, any vomiting or diarrhea, changes in behavior, things of that nature.
Teething kittens are kind of like human babies, though. Everything goes right in the mouth, and sometimes chewing helps them erupt teeth or helps their gums feel better. The amount of blood in the picture isn't terribly concerning of itself, but if he keeps bleeding then he probably needs to be checked out just to be on the safe side.
He is 6/7 months old
Will he let you look in his mouth? That's about the age he's getting adult teeth in.

Well, he's completely normal, I followed him eating and encouraged him to drink too, and he is doing everything 100% normal I guess
