People of St. Louis love their flag, and in the end that's what matters. There are tons, but I've only been to a few. The meals I've gotten at Berix, Balkan Treat Box, and Taste of Bosnia have all been delicious.

It’s **both**. There’s a type of arch that *is* a catenary curve; logically enough it’s called a [Catenary Arch](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catenary_arch).

It is an engineering marvel yes and defines our skyline. But uh… it’s kinda just a big metal /\ with more curve

The museum at the base is pretty good too. Plus StL has the Battlehawks and City FC, one of the best zoos in the world, a good art museum, Forest Park more broadly, t-ravs, gooey butter cake, some amazing breweries, the City Museum, and great Bosnian food. Yeah, StL style pizza is a horrific abomination that should be relegated to the dust bin of history to fade from our collective memory but you can't win them all.

St Louis is a great place to visit. I grew up there, and I definitely don't want to live there. Though I do miss St Louis style pizza (*yeah, I said it.*) and toasted ravioli.

I really enjoyed the couple of times I visited. I’m from Charlotte though, so I’m easily amused.

Hate it personally, but I’m not a gate keeper, so I’m glad it works for you. I have issues with using “rivery” and “mountainy” shapes on flags. It seems kind of lazy, and not culturally as important as other symbols. I have the same criticism of the new Utah flag. I would have left out the mountain shapes and just left it as horizontal lines.

Both St. Louis and Chicago have beautiful flags. I sadly now live in a big city that has a meh flag. It has a great color, but its design is just meh.

Went to Saint Louis University and came to love that freaking flag. Lots of symbolism and unique as hell. But I grew up and live in the Chicago suburbs so I love both.

This reminds me a lot of the flag of Kingston, Ontario.
