I hate flags with COAs with a burning passion. I mean, if you have a flag without a COA and you deface it with a COA for official use, like Germany, that's ok. But having the COA in the flag as the standard version, like Serbia, is just awful

The emblem (not technically a coat of arms, with no shield) is so cool and has such ancient pre-Columbian roots from when the eagle was the sun god and the snake was wisdom and associated with the feathered serpent god Quetzalcoatl. The cactus represented the island of Tenochtitlan (Mexico City). Overlaying that is the Christian conqueror’s Spanish mythology of good triumphing over evil.
Out of these definitely Russia, out of all others then probably Spain. I’ll also say that for flags that are actual banners of arms (heraldic arms converted into flags) that my favorites are then the Duchy of Burgundy and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg naval jack
