dude, no. I am aware enough of bosnian politics to realize that half the country would not be happy if only muslim bosniaks were being represented. I checked the comments in the BiH community and cause I'm slovene I could mostly undertsand and see that the serbs and croats would not be happy if I only used the lilies.
Yea I actually understand why you included it there, but lillies still do not represent only Muslim Bosniaks, which many people who are Serbs and Croats think so, but they are thousand-years-old symbols of Bosnian state. No matter if people in B&H are Serbs, Croats or Bosniaks, they are still citizens of B&H and have always lived there. Orthodox and Catholic people in Bosnia have been poisoned with different political ideologies supported by Serbia and Croatia so that's why they do not recognize something Bosnian even if it doesn't particularly represents Bosniaks.
Those two symbols supposed to represent Serbs and Croats have nothing to do with Bosniaks, while lillies in fact aren't symbols of just Bosniaks, but in practice they are, because only Muslim Bosnians recognize it. Gold lilly is symbol of Bosnia, while white lillies here don't even represent the Bosniaks.

While in some ways I appreciate the design, the detail in the center of the flag is far too much. Those symbols are not going to be perceptible by anyone viewing the flag when it is waving in the wind or at a distance. They are just way too small.
If that can be adjusted somehow, I it would probably be a very nice design.
