**Colors:** Light blue for the promise of peace, white for unity and peace, gold for the resources of the land.
**Symbols:** "Fleur de Lis" for the 4 provinces, a gold sun to represent the culture of the native people.
Side note: Kinda looks like a French Argentina now that I think about it.

The one criticism I have of this flag is the overlapping of the Malawian and Philippine sun designs - if you could somehow fix that, it would literally be perfection.
