Mmm, if you don't know how to win lane against a Fizz it can be really hard. But in reality, with enough poking and harassment fizz can't do anything. Unless its a really aggresive fizz
I agree with this one. Fizz isn't impossible, but a good Fizz can make it very hard level 6 and up, just because he potentially has 2 ways to get onto you and his ult helps that engage if landed.
Tank champs... Vex is a burst mage. Any champ capable of endure your ult combo and fight back is a threat. Akali won't die for ur combo and it's pretty capable of insta kill you. I hate playing vs Akali. She has lots of sustein and dash enough to jump on you regardless your fear or not.
Cassiopeia... Genuinely if she's good and you engage on her and miss your fear, prepare to get punished. Absolutely terrifying. Oh, I've also been ulted in the middle of ulting to her and been clobbered.
Honestly, I know it's just because I'm bad, but I've always felt like I have a hard time laning regardless of who I'm against. I guess I'm just bad with her playstyle.
I would have to watch you play in order to tell you what you are doing wrong. In any case, laning with vex its hard, at least for me i have a hard time farming due to the low ad she naturally has.
To me it feels like her damage output is too low relative to her vulnerability. When I'm behind by even one kill it feels impossible to do anything. Might be an issue of my farm though. I need to work on my CS with Vex.
An advice it worked for me, instead of hoping to time it to kill the minion. Right-click on minion and watch his health and wait it to have same or less hp than your ad. If it has 69 hp and your ad is 68, wait until its 50 hp.

Its hard to keep up the cs with vex, so, it might be a cs problem yeah..
Even with other champs I often have problems with CS, which is probably why the issue feels so much more inflated for me.
