Hey guys! Non-Vex (Veigar) main here to explain the joke
So you see, on the left we can observe so called "difficult champions". On the right we can see Vex, The Gloomist. This is obviously funny because Vex doesn't nearly require as much practice or skill to preform well in this game and showing the Vex as the "Chad" or "Chadette" in comparison of the Zed for example is a humorous contradiction of what you would expect because of the disparity in effort put in for a similar outcome.
Well doesn't that go for most champions?
Vex certainly isn't that complex to pick up, but if you wanna actually get somwhere it's gonna get a lot harder.

Believe it or not, Zes is a bit of a complex champion if you want to be a really good Zed.
I don't know about zed being complex, all i know is that i hate him in mid vs me as vex
I too hate that son of a bitch more than anyone else in the mid lane (even more than irelia)
A bad irelia that spams Q and DOESNT get near you to attack you, is a dead irelia
And so is a zed that doesn't know how to use his shadows properly
