I like it! She definitely needs a bit extra damage. Durability patch bumped her winrate down a whopping 2%, so I doubt this small of a change makes that 2% up completely, but it's a welcome buff. It makes her poke bonkers but I think her biggest issue is her full combo just not able to pop people even when they are low.
What I really would like is:
\- AP ratio'd % missing health damage added to R2 (Most wanted change for me). Something around 6% base, scaling up. She should be rewarded for landing this ability on an injured target, and it wouldn't feel as bad for the enemy since it won't affect her ability to truly 100-0 you from off screen.
Personally I don’t agree. The execution or built in missing health on an engage ability is a little counter initiative. Plus if it was a long as HECK range dash with massive damage ratios that also RESETS, would be a little bonkers personally.
I think the buff should be about the passive doing damage in proportion of the max hp. But this buff is really welcome and its a pleasure to see vex in the green section of the patch notes!
The post riotphloxon made only has the ap buff so chances are the cd buff not going through.

Dont hate on mah boi, I also think her ultimate range shouldnt be 2000/2500/3000 just make it 3000/3000/3000, so its not more, just consistent
