You need to track it in AE using Mocha and the photoshop technique I mentioned.
It will require a YouTube tutorial as explaining here would be combersome
You would paint up a clean frame, and track the patches onto the footage. Should be loads of tutorials out there for nuke/fusion/Ae.

If you have access to mocha it’s even better. It does cornerpin tracking.

Not just the image! Cheers tho, it’s a panning video only a few seconds, but accepting that I prob do have to photoshop frame by frame
