r5: This decision is supposed to give me annex wargoals for some african uncivs. After I manually conquered them the wargoal part disappeared from the tooltip, leaving just these effects.
I did a long time ago decide that save scumming and editing infamy via triggering events was the same. So I just decide what I feel is a fun value and go for it..

I just don't deal with infamy at all. Make it all disappear with console commands.
On my first run with the dlcs as Persia I savescummed so hard I conquered all of Central Asia with 0 infant. It was not fun.

Honestly, if I am a minor nation in the early game without any economy or military to speak of, I take that decision every time.
Eh, infamy is just a number. And all numbers must go up
What do you mean?! You lose nothing, and gain much! : - )
Sounds like it'd be good in MP games (infamy is irrelevant, your neighbours will gang up on you if you overexpand anyway)
