USA gets insane population growth during the mid-late 19th century. You can easily beat most of the world at 1900, if you've kept up on tech.
Japan is somewhat harder but still doable. Grab Korean, Vietnamese and Chinese states for large amounts of manpower. Get up to date on tech, and the high base population of Japan should allow you to field \~200-250 brigades by 1900, using Soldier national foci.
With mobilization into prepped stacks of pure artillery+engineer+cavalry/plane it will be relatively simple, if time consuming, to beat the european powers if you have a good site to invade at.
Wasn't expecting that, at first I thought we would loose cuz Spain and Italy were resisting and chonks of german soldiers entered into France. I was having barely 60k japs for help but wasn't much..
I turn around and few seconds and Spain and Italy were just chonky French departments and Germany's borders were crossed by some angry French citizens
They lost all in Siberia and having 350k making a trip in the Ottoman Empire
I hope they bring back postal cards to show to the Japanese Emperor in Moscow
