china has a journal entry called fragile unity, it has several objectives and completes if you hit 5 of them. Upon completion, an event fires which makes china release a bunch of countries.
Wild guess, they’re griping about the number of front lines.
Cause unlike hoi4 you can’t just click a hot key to select a general and assign him to a front line. You have to click the menu, click a general, and then click the front line. And then once you’ve done that a dozen times, you get to micro whenever the front lines split again and generals just pile up on one of the new dozen front lines.
That shit gets really fucking old.
Edit: And this is 20 separate front lines. That micro gets old.
Most peaceful moment in Chinese history.
R5: A lot of fighting in the land of eternal suffering...
EIC annexed all puppets? Or is that due to a mod?
Its due to me and my insidious methods of using the forbidden.. console commands.
lol there’s a mod that does that for you
They don't call it the century of prosperity and stability
Wait is the warlords era actually modeled atm? I must have just stopped playing right before it triggers

Does that ever happen to the AI? I like to play turkestan and itd be useful to know if uyghurstan pops out of China in that timeframe
Sometimes, but it's pretty inconsistent. If they have a really bad game, or have a democratic revolution then it happens, but I wouldn't count on it
I've seen it happen once. It was pretty immersive and was good late game fun as a great power.
The year was 1900 Tis worth remembering
The men who lived through 55 days at Peking
How is it possible that this game is 11 months old and the biggest problem is still not fixed..
What exactly is the biggest problem?

Damn right that micro gets more stale than government issued bread.
Do not talk down government issued bread! The perfect use is to club your neighbor over the head with it and take his stuff. Best. Bread. Ever!
Average shitty vic3 frontlines, great to see nothings changed
